Who we are

Sidtech, a California sole proprietorship, is the seller. House Brand is the trade name (legal entity: Sidtech). Kashi's workshop in Simi Valley fulfills orders.

The product

We make foam pads and pet furniture to spec. The specifications, dimensions, and material details on each product page are what we ship. If we ever substitute a material, we'll email before doing so.

Pricing and tax

Prices on the site are in USD. Sales tax is calculated by Stripe at checkout based on your shipping address. California shipping addresses include CA state plus local tax. Other states are handled by Stripe Tax's automatic rules.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. The shipping cost is final once you check out, even if the carrier raises rates afterward.

Returns

See the Returns page. Custom-spec pads are final sale; stock pads have a 30-day return window. The defect carve-out applies regardless of policy.

Liability

We're liable for the product matching its stated specs, for safe materials per the CertiPUR-US certification listed on each product page, and for shipping in usable condition.

We're not liable for chewing damage, washing-damage to the foam core, allergic reactions to materials we've disclosed in the product spec, or anything our pad does when used outside its intended purpose.

Maximum liability for any single claim is the price paid for the product.

If something goes wrong

Email hello@{{BRAND_NAME}}.com before filing anything formal — we resolve almost everything inside a week. If it goes formal, governing law is California; venue is Ventura County.
