How long it takes

Pads are made-to-order from the workshop. Standard lead time is 7–10 business days from order to shipment, then 2–5 business days in transit depending on where you are. Most US orders land within 2–3 weeks of ordering.

Once your pad ships, you'll get a tracking email. If it's late or stuck, email hello@{{BRAND_NAME}}.com and we'll trace it.

Where we ship

All 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Continental US is flat-rate based on package size; AK/HI runs higher because the carriers do. Shipping cost shows at checkout once we know the destination.

No international shipping at the moment. If you're outside the US and want a pad, email us — we may be able to arrange a carrier-to-freight- forwarder handoff case by case.

• Continental US: UPS Ground or USPS Priority depending on size.
• Alaska / Hawaii: USPS Priority.

If it arrives damaged

Photograph the box and the pad, email within 5 business days, and we'll replace or refund at no charge. Foam compresses in transit — that's normal and the pad re-inflates in a few hours. Actual damage (torn cover, crushed shape that doesn't recover) is on us.
