What we collect

To process an order, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your name, email, shipping address, billing address, and card details. We never see the card details — those stay with Stripe.

We also collect the email address you use at checkout so we can send order updates, shipping notifications, and reply to support emails.

If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled on the site, Cloudflare receives anonymous traffic stats (page views, country, browser type). No personal data, no cookies, no fingerprinting.

What we don't do

• We don't run advertising trackers.
• We don't sell email addresses to third parties.
• We don't share order data with anyone except Stripe (payment), the carrier (shipping), and Kashi (production).

Who has access

The Sidtech team sees order data via Stripe Dashboard and the order email. Kashi sees order data for the production queue. Stripe sees payment data. The carrier sees the shipping label.

Cookies

We don't set tracking cookies. Stripe Checkout sets payment cookies on the Stripe domain (not ours) during checkout — required for fraud prevention on their side.

Reaching us about your data

Email hello@{{BRAND_NAME}}.com. You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, or request deletion. We'll process within 30 days. We keep order records for tax purposes per IRS rules.
