Stock-size pads
30-day return window from delivery. Customer pays return shipping. Full refund on the pad price (not on the original shipping cost). The pad must be in its original cover and intact.
Custom-spec pads
Final sale. We cut the foam and sew the cover to your dimensions — there's no second life for it on our side.
Defect carve-out: if the pad arrives with a manufacturing defect — wrong dimensions vs what you ordered, torn cover, foam not matching the listed density — we cover return shipping and either refund in full or replace at no charge. Email within 30 days with a photo.
Furniture pieces
30-day return window. Customer pays return shipping. 15% restocking fee on opened items (foam compression during return transit is real).
How to start a return
Email returns@{{BRAND_NAME}}.com with your order number and one sentence on what's wrong. We'll reply within one business day with either a return shipping label (if it's a defect) or instructions on where to ship.
Refund timing
Once we receive the return and confirm condition, the refund hits your card within 3–5 business days.
What's not covered
- Normal wear over time.
- Damage from chewing.
- Damage from washing the foam (don't — see Care).
- Pads cut to dimensions you supplied incorrectly.
