What it's made of
Your choice of polyurethane density (2.5 lb, 3 lb, or 4 lb) cut to your exact dimensions. Optional 1" or 1.5" memory-foam topper. Cover in canvas or cotton-linen. CertiPUR-US certified foam in every density tier.

Care
Same care as stock pads — wash the cover, leave the foam sealed. Density affects lifespan: 4 lb foam outlasts 2.5 lb under the same dog. Pick density based on dog weight, not cover style.
FAQ
How do I order a custom size?
Use the Contact page to email us your dimensions (length × width × thickness in inches), the dog's weight, and what the pad is for. We send back a quote within one business day. Once you approve, we add a Stripe checkout link to the thread.
Why is custom final sale?
We cut the foam and sew the cover to your specific dimensions. There's no second life for it on our side — it doesn't fit anyone else's crate or vehicle. The defect carve-out still applies for manufacturing issues.
How accurate do my measurements need to be?
Within ¼ inch on length and width. Thickness can vary slightly without affecting fit. If you're not sure, we'd rather have a photo with a tape measure than a number you guessed.
